We offer a 1 year warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades. We strive to bring you the best experience possible with our store and our products. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact our customer service department. If your problem cannot be resolved by our service department, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement. All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us. Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. Amount of time laptop batteries hold charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold charge, we don't guarantee the amount of time. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty.
