The warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered by our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your Internet Service Provider. Warranty does not cover any third-party software problems and unauthorized repairs/upgrades. *Your refurbished laptop may include the original battery. Battery charge times will vary, but we do guarantee the laptop will function utilizing the AC adapter included with your purchase.
NOTE: New batteries can be purchased inexpensively from vendors from Amazon or eBay, depending on your laptop model will have 2 to 10 hrs of charge time.
How do I return an item?
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us through Support@Micomp.com
Unless an item is noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period, we accept returns for refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.
A prepaid return label is provided to customers returning their items within the 30 day return period.
Items must be in unaltered and unused condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
